I'm Caitlin Mothes, a Conservation Ecologist

My research interests involve how environmental factors influence the spatial structure of species, integrating ecological niche modeling and genetic techniques to study pressing issues for biodiversity in the Anthropocene. From biological invasions to the detrimental effects of climate change and habitat loss, with my research I aim to make a difference in conservation management decisions and policy action to best protect species and preserve natural ecosystems.
